We want you to feel confident shopping with Uniquely You. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:
•Return Window – You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
•Condition of Items – For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unworn products in their original packaging.
•Non-Refundable Cases – Returns are not possible for:
       •Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout (please double-check your details).
       •Requests to change size or color.
       •Sale items or gift cards.
•Handling Fees – A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns of Uniquely You items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
•Damaged or Incorrect Items – If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
 
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
